What can you do when you think people cheat?

this is how i handled it (mail to pokerstars support):

hello support,

is there any possibility to check this guy out if he using any stuff that helps him to see my holecards or any other cheatstuff!!! i dont know how to find the right words, i think its rigged what hes doing! he playes so bad and doing stuff ive never seen before in my life and hes winning all the time! So after now like 50k hands ive seen of him i dont get it in my head, HOW?to give 2 examples:

the board is K1083 with 2 spades, we raised preflop and there are 6bb in the pot with 3 players, flop we all check!now i bet all in because they both had like 20bb! XYZ calls me with 18bb, the other guy folds, he shows J1099 ( i had AAQ2 with the nutflushdraw)

1) i mean he played so many hands of this game and this is not the first time i see him making a call that is a 100% NO GO, but he binks a Q on the river and wins (does he know what the river comes down)
2) the point is not that i lost a hand i was massiv favorite, the point is feel like, wtf is he doing? even if hes a fish, why he doesnt go all in on the flop where everyone checks? that would make even a little sense! can he see the rivercard first after turn is dealt? WHAT IS HE DOING?
3) its completly weird how the hand runs, so i feel there must be something wrong! and its just one of few i picked out!

BSP 2: hes shoving button 100bb 3handed and i sit with AK34 in an hi low no limit game.
1) why is he shoving? does he know i have a hand to call him and he beats me?
2) my tracker gives me informations about how often he is openshoving with 40bb+ and this is like 2%
3) how is it then possible that he shove 10times over 40bb into my bigblind (i have a hand to call him) in less than 200 hands? i know its possible that hes crasy or stuff but its looking realy weird what hes doing and that over so many hands, if i wouldnt feel there is something wrong i wouldnt write you this stuff, i play poker for more than 4 years and i´ve never seen something before!!!

Please first allow us to explain that the program installed on your computer cannot be hacked to show the actual hole cards of other players, or the cards yet to come. This information is not actually transmitted from our servers until the instant the information needs to be shown on screen, and is not even accessible by the client software before this time. It is simply not available to your PC.

Furthermore, PokerStars can confirm that no player is able to get information from the actual PokerStars server on what cards are coming, what other players' cards are, or is able to manipulate the deal. To this date, with all the sensing devices we have in place, we have never been given any indication or evidence that such an attempt has been made or that it is possible that any program to do so exists.

We are aware that there are some programs advertised on the internet that claim to make it possible to see other players' cards. We have investigated many of these programs, and have not found any that do what they claim to do. Some of them are actually malware, programs that compromise the security of whoever installs the software. But mostly they are simply scams; attempts to steal money from people who believe incorrectly that they will get a competitive edge. In truth, they do not compromise PokerStars security.

In addition we have dealt tens of billions of hands and have never had cause to suspect that our shuffle software has been hacked. Each card is randomly selected and has no connection to the next card.

Malta

Staying now 3 days in malta and did not rly much without grinding, pool and yesterday parting a little and seeing malta downtown! First day we came here, some bwin manager invited us for a free stakehouse diner and free drinks which was rly nice! after couple hours i felt like dead into bed after 40hrs without sleep but couldnt rly sleep long so i started grinding after around 5hrs sleep with grinding and played like 10hrs and 12k hands, lol!

for today we just waked up and joined the beach but to windy for long stay today so we are back now in room and grinding the wcoop plo8, 2nd chance and stuff!

tomoroow day 2 of wpt which im just railing like a freak but buyed couple of % of a good friend which is still with avarage in so, glglgl to him!

here just a couple hotel, beach and stuff pics i took yesterday:

started playing online after 3 weeks again and the same shit than always is going on... not enough loosing 20k the month before vegas, now getting good spots and playing rly ok but running like the last fuck...

so far, 30k hands played 8k under ev with +7k ev, wtf? some guys seems to be unbeatable like easypots, chknpotpie ... whatever, grinding tomorow some hrs and then i guess i will quit again for a week or maybe til im back in germany...

Last day Las Vegas

quitting my first wsoptrip today and travel for 12 days to silentpurple in toronto... finaly im fine with the result i got... cashed in 2/4 wsop tourneys and finished cashgame sessions with a little loss of 500$ in 8 sessions, so not realy what i was hoping for in cg, but the fucking Big0 costs me lot of nervs and $, so for next year i think i just play straight Plo8 cashgame, whatever...

so far the trip is something like breakeven, beeing up with poker total something around 6K but the living and stuff here is rly not cheap so i spend over 2k in hotels, 1.5k in flight(s) and the rest in Taxis(alot!!!), shows, party a.s.o...

so my last session in the rio i had so sick hands, and i have now 30 minutes to write some stuff bc i have to leave the hotel to the airport then :D i type some words...7

5/5plo8: utg opens 20, 6callers i have AJ29 on the button, call 7 players 140$pot...

flop: JJ8... utg bet 80- all folds i call..

turn 6, he checks i bet 135- snapcall...

river 3...(perfect!!!) he checks i bettet pot and were all in for 400... he again snapcalled, snapmucked... +600 that hand :)

1/2 Big0: straddle button 10, i open 35 utg AKK25ds 3 callers

flop 334 all checks

turn 4 i check, button 85, all folds i have K hi fd also, call...

river Q i got the K hi flush, check he bets pot... i tanked 3 minutes- folded

he showed me for 5$ 458KK no flush, :( nice river barrel i told him, he said" you wouldn´t bet a full house there again"... said for sure i would bro... all the others smiled, but the guy didn´t... GOOD TELL MR, he left 5 hands after that :D

final day 5k plo8

started with 25 players left and 4/8 blinds, so 140k i had and 17bb to go... not founded a spot in the 3first orbits and was down to 14bb after like 25minutes where i got dealt utg+2 AJ27ds but decided not to pot that so i just limped and this kessler guy raised to 3.5bb...so hes def playing me in position what i rly did´nt like in that spot whatever 10.5bb left i made the call and the board came colder than cold with 339 which is more worse than 10109, lol - i check folded that and where in a rly fucked up mode right there, all players just raising there hands no way limping in spot and steal some stuff, so i sat there more 2 orbits 1 time potraised all folded and 1 time got a walk and had around 80k so 10bb where all players folded i looked into AJ63 with 3 clubs and i potraised 24k(im commited) and just hoped the stupid donkey in the bb folds his hand, just saw a strange hand by him few minutes before where he had no stack to play that with - i think it was somethin like 18-20bb...

in that spot he repoted me all in, i felt not so well with my hand, but after seeing his hand i was rly surprised, he rly plays a tourney for over 20hours to give his chips in with AK1010??????(60% of his stack, rly????=)wtf is that? seriously i asked him before the flop came, and he looked to me like im from an other planet, like he wanted to ask me" do you fold that hand"? haha, such a ridic repot whatever- flop came rly nice not the best but KQ10 isn´t that bad, but set for him, but who cares i though by myself he has the K also so he take 1 out of his hand... for sure the dealer binked the Q on the turn to bust me in 20th for 12.6k...

im finaly for sure rly happy about my 2nd cash in the 4 wsop event i played, and i had also luck in a spot so otherwise i would have been busted in 30th place...just ugly to loose it that way, whatever...

3 more days in vegas, definitly taking some days off now, not sure if i go back to rio again, today going to watch the bluemangroup with friends, tomorrow definitly some sport, maybe tennis swimming fitness or whatever just coming down from a 15day lifegamegrind...
